CHNG reached a power supply agreement with the City government of Yulin City, Shaanxi province. Under this agreement, Yulin Electric Power Supply Bureau, in support of the Company's LNG initiative, will build an integrated 110KV electrical substation to provide the power needs of the Company's LNG plant.
