Mr. Qinan Ji - Chairman of the Board  

Mr. Qinan Ji joined China Natural Gas in February 2005 bringing with his more than 20 years experience in the energy and petroleum industry from the operational, administrative, managerial and government al aspects of the market. Before joining CHNG, Mr. Ji founded Sunway Technology Industries Co., Ltd., in September 2001, where he served as Chairman and General Manager. In June 1990, Mr. Ji became a member of the Commission of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference representing Weinan City. During this time he also served as Chairman of the Board of Weinan Anxian Petroleum and Chemical Co. Ltd. Earlier in his career, Mr Ji founded and ran Weinan Anxian Trade & Industry Company. Mr Ji received a bachelor’s degree in Economic Management from Northwest University ( Shaanxi ).  

Mr.Shuwen Kang-CEO

Mr. Kang is 62 years old. Most recently from 2011, Mr. Kang has been vice president of Xi'an Xilan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. ("Xi'an Xilan"), the variable interest entity of one of the Company's major subsidiaries, and is in charge of Xi'an Xilan's business operations. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Kang served as senior counsel to Xi'an Xilan, responsible for making strategic and business development plans for the Company. Mr. Kang has extensive experience in the operations and management of the Company and in the natural gas industry in general.

Mr. Kang holds an associate degree in Party and Government Management from the Party School of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Mr. Bode Xu-CFO

Mr.Bode Xu has over eight years of relevant financial accounting experience focusing on both the financial management and internal control functions of companies. Prior to joining the Company, he worked for over three years as the Chief Financial Officer of a China-based company listed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”). From 2006 to 2007, he was a senior financial consultant with Dow Jones Business Consultants in Shanghai, where he assisted clients with analyzing financial management processes and evaluating their financial reporting and internal control systems. From 2005 to 2006, the Chief Financial Officer was an internal control operations supervisor with Citigroup Corporate Banking Asia Pacific Operations Center in Shanghai, where he primarily focused on operations management and reviewed procedures to improve the maintenance of client information and documents.  The Chief Financial Officer also served as a Corporate Management Coordinator at United Automotive Electronics System Co., Ltd., in Shanghai, where he organized and coordinated production processes and formulated and implemented the annual budget for the office electronics. He is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree (MPAcc) from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a bachelor’s degree from Foreign Affairs College in Beijing.

Peidong Lee-COO  

Mr. Lee is entitled as China senior professional manager with rich operating and management experience. Before joining in CHNG, he ever severed as a vice general manager in Shaanxi Wu Yang Enterprise Group from June 2005 to February 2008, mainly taking charge of Shaanxi Wu Yang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Wu Yang Restaurant Entertainment Co. Ltd., Tangyu Lake Forest Garden as well as the purchase department of the group. From 2003 to May 2005, he severed as the manager of GOME Electrical Appliance, mainly managing three departments, which are administration management department, logistic support department and web development department. From 1980 to 2002, he severed in air ministry, where he was appointed as platoon commander, company commander, battalion commander, regimental commander, standing commissioner and secretary in party committee. Mr. Lee attained bachelor degree from Chinese People Liberation Army Second Flight University.   


Ms.Fang Zhang - Corporate Secretary
 
Ms Zhang obtained her law bachelor degree from social science department of xidian University . From 1985 to 2003 she worked as a director in Xi’an office of Shaanxi Province Yulin City government . She has rich management experience in financing and law.  


Ms Lixia Cao - Vice president of Engineering and Technology Department 
 
Ms. Cao once worked in Xi’an natural gas Co.Ltd. which is a state-owned company.She has many years woking experience in technology and engineering department in natural gas industry . 


Bin Wang - Chief Engineer  
 
Mr.Wang graduated at Nanchang Hangkong Industry College. He has served in Xi’an Xilan from May, 2001 to April, 2005, after he left the company, he joined in Dongguan Xin’ao Natural Gas Co., Ltd. And Mr. Wang went back in October 2006. Before he came to Xilan Company at the first time, he worked in Hainan Minsheng Natural Gas Co., Ltd. from Nov. 1993 to April, 2001. From July 1991 to October 1993, he worked in Shaanxi Steel Factory Steel Research Institution.

 
Zhiwei Deng - Technology Consultant  
 
Mr. Deng is a leader of Xi’an Clean Energy Vehicle Association. He is an expert of CNG and Clean Fuel Vehicle. He is also an editor of China Clean Fuel Vehicle magazine.
