• Unlike taxi companies where drivers have discretion about the choice of fueling stations, public transportation companies enter into purchase agreements with natural gas distributors and complete the fueling at fixed stations
• In the Company’s current market of Shaanxi and Henan Provinces, there are 22,000 buses belonging to 120 bus companies in Shaanxi.
• There are 18 large public transportation companies in Xian that account for over 80% market share of the city
• China Natural Gas negotiates with the bus companies’ general mangers and finance managers for the choice of fueling stations
• This customer segment accounts for 35% of CHNG sales
Emerging Customers
• Hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, electronics stores: they purchase our company’s fuel vouchers as rebates to their customers
• Hybrid fuel auto makers also purchase the company’s fuel vouchers as rebates for their customers
